In the old manor houses the library was always a special place. This is where the childred have been meeting the world of culture and have been uncovering their identity. In the Sichow Library were and are again books and magazines in various languages. The children of Krzysztof and Zofia Radziwiłł knew Polish, French and German from their early age. Later they learned English. Knowledge of multiple languages opens to the world of multiple cultures and meanings – that’s a treasure which is worth beeing developped from early childhood. Our programs are built to support it but also to help transmit what is more valuable in Polish culture.
